I’d never heard of this brand before, but when I got the invitation in the post, I knew nothing was going to stop me.
Judging by the installation, I assume that it is a menswear fashion brand.
Something I thought was pretty awesome was that it was set up on the dance floor of famous and popular nightclub WOMB, tucked away between the love hotels of Dogenzaka. I had to weave my way between them until I found it, but I actually really like looking at love hotels. I always wonder what they’re like on the inside, and who might be frequenting them. I really like the idea of them – a space just for getting it on. I always take friends on a short tour of the area when they visit, and no one has been disappointed yet!
Back to the clothes on the mannequins. The installation itself was pretty cool, with nightclub smoke coming out at intervals. I nearly jumped out of my skin at one point when one went off right above my head.
I do love the very kawaii rabbit logo they have, and thought the designs they had were interesting. I can definitely picture those Harajuku boys wearing these as they stroll around being oh so fashionable.
Now I shall let the pictures tell the rest of the story. Sorry, this one is super pic heavy. I feel like I have to make up for the last post and may have gone overboard.
Hope you enjoy it, my darlings, and have a beautiful day.
Some of the love hotels in the area.
I thought this one was a skirt suit, but when I opened it I found it to be a jacket/coat.
